A Day at the Track

Meet Information

•A typical Track Meet usually will last any where between six to nine hours.

• Please arrive a half hour before the meet is scheduled to begin to warm up.

•You may leave the meet when your individual events are complete.

•Bring plenty of water, warm clothes, sunscreen and healthy food.

•Wear your uniform and warm-ups, and bring your spikes if you have some.
